Enchanting

First photo taken around 8:30 am on December 5, second photo taken around 9:00 on December 6

There is nothing that can make me feel more like a happy little 5 year old then the first snow of the season. I think I shall always have to live in an area that gets at least a handful of snowfalls each winter. I have snow in my blood.

Even though I was wearing sensible office attire today, inside I felt like this little girl again. Okay, maybe without the HUGE banana.

That's the cutest photo! Of you?

I desire to see snow, too, Possumlady. I grew up with it. People think I'm crazy to miss the snow down here but I just think it's beautiful for as long as it falls. Then the mess begins!

I would love the snow if I didn't ever have to be anywhere after it snowed.

Mary, yes that is a photo of me at five years old. My oldest sister, who was 17 at the time, took me and my brother and another sister up to a park for a winter picnic.

Rhea, thanks for visiting! Yes, the one downside of snow is having to drive in it. Especially driving around with a bunch of folks that either never slow down, or are just too cautious and plod along at 15 mph!
